Meetings

Prior to each meeting, the agenda and supporting documents are posted on this site and are also available in the School Board Clerk’s Office.

Superintendent's reports are delivered during the second meeting of every month.

Meetings and workshops are scheduled generally on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.

• Workshops typically begin at 4:00 p.m.
• Formal meeting Call to Order at 6:00 p.m.
• Please check agenda for exact starting times. (The new agenda is posted the Wednesday before the next School Board meeting.)
• You may view a live broadcast of a School Board Workshop/Meeting.

Members of the public may sign up to address the School Board during public comment sections of School Board regular meeting agendas. Public comments can be done in person or electronically. Public comments must be in accordance with School Board Bylaws 1-47 and 1-48. Once the public comment section of the agenda begins, the School Board will hear Public Comments until 8:00 p.m. and may suspend Public Comments to handle other matters on the Agenda and resume Public Comments later in the meeting. Remarks are limited to three minutes per person. Requests to address the Board are made by using the online form or through the clerk of the Board by calling 757.263.1016 by noon the day of the meeting unless otherwise noted. Please note that mask requirements and other health and safety protocols may be in place and speakers should familiarize themselves with current requirements before signing up to speak.
